Step One
A free 20-Minute Helpline by Zoom or phone call
This call gives Sal insights to where you are in your health journey. She’s here to listen and guide you each step of the way. If you’re a fit, she’ll get you started immediately. The program includes 2 functional medicine tests. Sal will determine which test is best for your circumstances.

Step Two
A comprehensive health assessment. In this one-hour appointment, you both discuss your test results plus complete health history, current symptoms, concerns, lifestyle and dietary habits.
The treatment plan includes easy-to-implement diet and lifestyle recommendations. Because her philosophy is that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to health. This plan targets the cause and not mere symptom relief. Thus, concerns are resolved long-term. Plus, you’ll get exclusive access to quality practitioner-only supplementation.


Step Three
Your success is her goal. So, you’ll schedule a series of 4 follow-up appointments. These 30-minute blocks are ideal for tracking your progress, addressing questions and more. She will check in with you each week, plus, you can email her in-between consultations with any questions which may arise.

Do I have to stop taking my medication?
No. Any nutritional supplements recommended are assessed to be safe in conjunction with your prescribed medication. It is your responsibility to inform Sal of your medications, supplements and dietary regimes. This ensures that she can make informed recommendations and changes for you.
How long until I start to feel better?
Results are individual as every person’s body and lifestyle differ. However, most clients start to notice positive changes within 2-weeks of step 2 (your 1-hour initial consult).
