150g (1 cup) ground mixed seeds
20g (2 tablespoons) chia seeds
80g (1 cup) desiccated coconut
30g (¼ cup) cacao powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
85g (¼ cup) sweetener (pure maple syrup or raw honey)
100g (approx. ½ cup) coconut oil

Method

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.

Roll into small balls.  Place on a tray lined with baking paper and pop in the fridge or freezer to set.
