Warm Immune Boosting Tea

It’s getting colder here in Melbourne and now is the time for sniffles and colds.  A sore throat is a reminder to slow down and look after yourselves so why not make this tea to warm you up and at the same time, it’s packed full of anti-inflammatory foods to give you a boost.

  • 375ml hot water
  • 1cm ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ red chilli (optional)
  • 1tsp raw/manuka honey

Place ginger, cloves, garlic and chilli in mug and add hot water.  Leave for 5 minutes, strain, then add lemon juice and honey.  Sip and feel better.
